Directions: As a dietary supplement take one pill per serving. Although many people will need to take more than one pill per day we ask that you first ask your doctor before doing so as some people are sensitive to stimulants. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches or heart palpitations occur. Do not consume for at least two weeks prior to surgery. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person’s health. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Drink at least ten 8 ounce glasses of water per day.
