Suggested Use: Once a day. As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules with an 8 oz. glass of water once daily. On workout days, take the capsules 30-60 minutes prior to workout. It is recommended that you drink ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
