Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop of NaturaLyte per 8 ounces of water during activity. NaturaLyte can also be used to enhance the flavor and efficacy of your Pre or Intra workout shake. Mix your Pre or Intra Workout shake per label instructions and add in NaturaLyte and water to taste. As an all-day water enhancer, add 1 scoop of NaturaLyte to 8 ounces or more of water or to taste.
