Nattokinase was ?rst discovered by Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi. M.D., PhD. Natto has been used traditionally to support cardiovascular health. Modern research has revealed that nattokinase works by breaking down fibrin, a protein Involved in clotting of the blood.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 2 times daily, 12 hours apart, or between meals.
