MUSCLE OPTIMEAL(R) ADVANTAGE Protein Blend — Each serving of Muscle Optimeal(R) contains 22 grams of high biological value protein from whey and milk, providing about 5 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine).
