Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Apply five drops to cotton swab, then apply to gums and oral tissue twice a day. Do not rinse. Swallow. If stinging occurs, dilute with water. Water pick flosser use: Add 30 drops to tray.
