Suggested use: Molotov is a powerful non-stim thermogenic fat burner. To asses your tolerance start with 2 capsules per day. Once your tolerance has been assessed, take 4 capsules once a day or split into two servings. For best results use 8-12 weeks in conjunction with calorie reduced diet and regular exercise. Consume 8-10 glasses of water daily.
