Melatonin from Body Attack contains the body's own hormone melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep as well as to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. Since it is metabolized quickly it develops its effects especially during falling asleep.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule daily 30-60 minutes before going to bed with plenty of liquid.
