Each tablet contains 400 mg of Magnesium Oxide, equivalent to approximately 240 mg of elemental magnesium.

Suggested Use: Adults-Take 1 to 2 tablets daily as a nutritional supplement, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dose.
