Preparation & Suggested Use: - Mix 1 teaspoon in 4 ounces or more of hot water until dissolved. Add cold water or fruit juice to suit taste. - Start with one teaspoon a day and if advised by your healthcare professional, increase up to 3 teaspoons a day. - If diarrhea occurs, discontinue use and consult physician. - Product can be consumed once or throughout the day, with or without meals. - Natural sweeteners may be added to suit your taste.
