Mag-Plex Neuro is a unique combination of Magtein (magnesium L-threonate), L-taurine and L-theanine designed to help support healthy cognitive function. Magtein, magnesium L-threonate, has been shown to support healthy levels of magnesium in the brain and functional neuronal terminals. L-traurine is an abundant amino acid in the human body but taurine levels typically decrease with age.
