Directions: Shake well. Snap down the insert. Dispense 2 mL under the tongue. Hold the contents under your tongue for 60 seconds, then swish the contents around your mouth and swallow completely. Use 3 doses per day. Example: 2 mL upon waking and 2 mL before bed or before your workout.
