Suggested use: adults take one (1) capsule three times a day, 30 to 60 minutes before, or two hours after a meal. Take with an 8oz. glass of water. Take for 2 weeks, then reduce dosage to one (1) capsule twice daily for 2 weeks.
Do not exceed six (6) capsules in one day.
Caution: do not use if pregnant, nursing or taking any medications.
