Suggested Use: Add 1 oz. (3 tbs.) of herbs to 5 pints of (10 cups) boiling water. Simmer for 20 minutes, remove from heat, let stand for 10 minutes before drinking. Drink 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of warm tea 3 times per day. Always warm this tea before drinking.
