Suggested Use: One teaspoon for each 50 lbs. of body weight. Take twice per day. In the morning, mix with 4 oz. warm water or juice. In the evening, take undiluted. Because Dr. LaMar's Liquid Bentonite is a leaching agent, a person shouldn't take more than 50 percent of their body weight at any one time.
