Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom native to Europe, North America, and Asia. It is found growing on hardwood trees (e.g. American Beech, Maple, and Oak). Lion's Mane's most striking feature is its long shaggy spines found on its globe-shaped body.
