DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water approximately 30 minutes before breakfast or your first meal.

Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. Avoid snacking, and drink 10 glasses of water each day.
