What am I? I'm a vegan probiotic blend designed for women, with probiotic strains studied for their ability to support vaginal health.

The lineup includes L. rhamnosus GG and L. crispatus as well as an organic prebiotic (Jerusalem Artichoke Inulin) to help fuel these probiotics.

How can I help? My job is to promote optimal vaginal health while supporting a balanced flora and microbiome. A healthy balance of probiotics can offer protection against an overgrowth of opportunistic pathogens (like candida). My probiotics can improve the presence of Lactobacilli, a bacteria that usually dominates the vaginal microbiota in its normal healthy state (the right kind of lady bugs)!
