Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Consume with each lactose-containing meal. You can vary the amount you take (each tablet contains 14,500 FCC) depending on your degree of lactose intolerance and the lactose content of your food, but we do not recommend taking more than 10 tablets in total per day.
