DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Adults and Teenagers (over 13 years of age): ~ For Existing Joint Problems: Take 6 tablets daily, preferably 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, with meals. ~ High Impact Sporting Dose (Runners etc): Take 4 tablets daily, with meals. ~ For General Joint Health (to help prevent future joint problems): Take 2 tablets every evening, with meals. Children aged 7-12 years: Take half the adult dosage.

The ingredients in P2Life's Joint Health: ~ May help to maintain healthy joint function.* ~ May lubricate, repair and reduce inflammation.*

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if inner seal is missing or broken.
