Suggested Use: 1 capsule daily with food.

Iodine Complex provides three beneficial forms of iodine, an essential trace element. Each capsule supplies 12.5 mg total iodine (equivalent to 12,500 mcg).

Do not use if full-bottle shrinkwrap is broken or missing.

Store in a cool, dry place (59(0)F-85(0)F) away from direct light.
