Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules with at least 8 oz. of water on training days immediately following exercise. On off-days, take 2 capsules with at least 8 oz. of water at bedtime.

Do not take with alcohol. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not use this product if you have any serious medical conditions.
