Suggested Use: With 6-8 oz. of juice or water take 1 Intensify Black capsule 30 minutes prior to your morning meal, and 1 capsule 30 minutes prior to your afternoon meal. Caffeine content is 160 mg per capsule. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet.
