Suggested use: As an adult dietary supplement, take one serving (2.5 g) in 6-8 ounces of a flavored beverage, 2-3 times per day or as directed by your doctor. Mix 1 level (2.5 g) scoop with 6-8 oz. water or beverage of choice up to 3 times a day.
