Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one serving (1 scoop) with 16 ounces of water or suitable beverage. Taken up to twice daily, once as a pre-workout 15-30 minutes prior to exercise and/or after exercise as a post-workout.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a set of three amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) that are the largest pool of essential amino acids in the body; altogether they make up about one third of all essential amino acids found in the body. Supplementation may promote muscle protein synthesis, increase muscle growth, and help reduce fatigue after intense workouts.

This BCAA blend is a formulated 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine.
