Body Ecology's Innergy Biotic with Seeds & Pulses is a delicious, liquid probiotic source of beneficial microorganisms. Pulses (soybeans, chickpeas, mung beans, lentils) are fermented along with biodynamic brown rice, and seeds (quinoa, millet, alfalfa seed and flax seed). Together these pulses, seeds, and biodynamic grains form a gluten-free, raw, vegetarian, probiotic source. Innergy Biotic delivers an abundant supply of microbiota to your intestines, that help maintain a healthy inner-ecosystem.

Directions for use: Chill bottle before opening and then slowly release the cap. To use as a probiotic, take several ounces per day. To create a refreshing drink you can also combine 2 ounces with sparkling mineral water and a few drops of stevia. 2 ounces taken with a meal helps promote digestion. Enjoy chilled in stemmed glassware for festive occasion.
