Directions for use: Immune Health: Mix 1mL (1/4tsp) in warm water and swallow twice daily. Oral Health: Mix 0.5mL (1/8tsp) in water, rinse around mouth and swallow twice daily.

Warnings: Propolis may cause severe allergic reactions. If irritation or swelling of the mouth or throat occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
