Directions for Use For weight loss: Take 2 tablets with liquid, 2 times per day- before your 2 main meals each day. I-Block can also be used once your target weight is achieved. Take two tablets with liquid as needed- before any meal containing carbohydrates or sugars. Please read the enclosed products insert for more information.
