HypOxygen was designed to be utilized with hypoxic (low oxygen) training methods and provides specific nutrients needed to support the normal production of red blood cells. High altitude training has been shown to help enhance oxygen delivery to muscle tissue and help accelerate the removal of metabolic waste byproducts such as lactic acid. These oxygen delivery advantages may support athletic performance and recovery.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Depending upon body weight and level of exercise, take 1-2 capsules twice daily on hypoxic training days, and 1-2 capsules once daily on off days.
