Dietary Supplement

RECOMMENDED DOSE Adults: To benefit from taking HMB and Creatine you require 3g of HMB and 5g of Creatine a day. To achieve this take one scoop (4g) twice a day with food. Take separately from products containing high doses of caffeine and at least a few hours before or after taking medication. For both a Creatine Loading phase and maintenance phase: Take 2 scoops daily for a minimum of 4 weeks.
