DIETARY SUGGESTIONS Eat fresh fruits and vegetables (especially green leafy) and whole grains such as rice. Avoid red meats, coffee, alcohol, sugary or fried foods. Drink plenty of water. The contents of this pack will support a ten-day program. When the contents have been consumed, continue with the dietary suggestions for ten days then repeat the program.
