DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsules twice daily 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch with a full glass of water. For best results drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended dose of 2 capsules per day.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath.
