DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules one to two times daily 30 minutes before meals with a full glass of water in the morning and/or evening. For best results, drinks plenty of water throughout the day.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath.
