What's all the buzz on coffee beans about? Whereby it was largely believed that caffeine is the energizing, fat-burning ingredient in coffee, new research is pointing to chlorogenic acid, a remarkable compound that's found in the unroasted (or green) coffee bean, but which is largely destroyed during the roasting process.
