Glutamine Alkaline(TM) is L-Glutamine and Trans-Alanyl-Glutamine.

Studies show that L-Glutamine plays a role in protein synthesis, and at the same time helps to promote an anabolic state by down-regulating catabolic activity. In fact, some important researchers are now suggesting that Glutamine might be the most important of all amino acids – as it provides a component in muscle metabolism and cellular support not shared by any other single amino acid.
