Research suggests that soy protein and soy isoflavones may reduce the frequency and severity of hot flashes during menopause. Source Naturals genistein contains 50 mg of SoyLife isoflavones per serving which are naturally occurring and come from non-GMO soy. Convenient to mix with water or juice. One teaspoon provides slightly more isoflavones than two 1,000 mg tablets.

Suggested Use: 1 teaspoon mixed with water or juice, twice daily with a meal.
