DIRECTIONS: Add cold water to fill line on the bottle (approximately 16oz.), pour packet contents into bottle, screw on sport cap, shake and drink! For best results, add ice! RECOMMENDED USE: Mix on whole packet of EcoDrink Energy with cold water for maximum energy. Mix one half (1/2) packet for moderate energy.
