PRODUCT BENEFITS: Physiologics provides 800 mcg of Folic Acid in one easy-to-take capsule. Folic Acid is important for healthy cell growth, cardiovascular function and women’s health.

Women who consume healthful diets with adequate Folic Acid may reduce their risk of having a child with birth defects of the brain or spinal cord.

Folic Acid intake should not exceed 250% of the Daily Value (1,000 mcg).

Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal or follow the advice of your health care professional.
