What is Nopalina? The unique formula of NOPALINA is the perfect choice to supplement the dietary fiber that your body needs NOPALINA provides 18% of the Daily Value of Dietary Fiber per serving as well as 1.36 g Omega-3 0.56 g Omega-6, and 0.59 g Omega-9 fatty acids.

Increases satiety and may help support cardiovascular health by maintaining normal levels of cholesterol and glucose in the blood. Promotes regularity and helps relieve occasional constipation.

Suggested Use Mix 1 tablespoon of NOPALINA into 8 oz of water, juice or milk, twice daily. To support regularity for occasional constipation, take up to 4 times daily. Children under 8 years: ask doctor before use.
