DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Adults take 1 or 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a physician.

WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Iron-containing medication may occasionally cause black stools, constipation, or diarrhea, which is usually transient and self-limiting.

Store at 25(0)C (77(0)F); excursions permitted to 15(0)-30(0)C (59(0)-86(0)F). See USP Controlled Room Temperature. Protect from light and moisture.

Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach; however, occasional gastrointestinal discomfort (such as nausea) may be minimized by taking with meals.
