Directions: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules with (8) oz. of water ten to fifteen (10-15) minutes before meals an at bedtime (optional). Highest soluble fiber concentrate more value. One dose of FenuLife equals three doses of other fenugreek extracts.
