Directions: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules with (8) oz. of water ten to fifteen (10-15) minutes before meals and at bedtime (optional).

Highest soluble fiber concentrate means more value. One dose of FenuLife equals three doses of other fenugreek extracts.
