Discussion: Fem Balance combines vitamins and herbs that may provide mood support during PMS and may help support hormones during regular menstrual cycles.

Directions: Take 2 capsules per day with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 months for healthy menstrual cycle support.
