DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one tablet daily with food. Do not exceed one tablet daily without consulting a physician.
These tablets are specially manufactured to release the niacin over a 6-8 hour period. It is normal for this product to have a distinct botanical odor.
