When developing Everyday Amino, we looked at what was required in a continual use recovery and endurance product and added nothing more.

Devoid of common amino fillers such as glycine and alanine, Everyday Amino packs 3.5 grams of premium AminoBlast branched chain amino acids in a 5:1:1 ratio for recovery and one gram of fructooligosaccharide (FOS) dietary fiber for digestion and regularity.

Everyday Amino usage: Mix one serving in 8 oz. of cold water in a shaker or glass. For an anytime flavor splash, mix one serving in your water and enjoy as needed. If necessary, you may adjust the water level to achieve your desired level of sweetness and flavor.
