Suggested Use. As a dietary supplement, to support important functions in the body that promote a sense of calm, comfort, energy, and well-being and help relieve pain and emotional and physical distress. Initial Dosing - take one (1) capsule, twice daily. Subsequent Dosing - continue initial dosing, or increase to two (2) capsules, twice daily, for extra-strength. Personal dosing - take up to six (6) capsules throughout the day (1 or 2 at a time). Take first dose upon awakening, last dose late afternoon.

Increased benefits are typically seen over time with daily use.

Warnings. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not purchase if seal is broken or missing.
