Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 45 days from opening. Adults: Take 1-2 tablespoons before meals and at bedtime or as directed by a healthcare professional. We recommend you mix it with your favorite juice. Do not take on an empty stomach.
