Dual Action Grow Tabs(TM) from IDS Sports is designed to increase muscle mass by utilizing not one but two major muscle building components, stimulating muscle growth with two different but effective pathways. Dual Action Grow Tabs(TM) used in combination with proper diet and exercise can significantly increase lean muscle mass.

Directions: Take 1-2 capsules per day. Best results seen when used for 3-6 weeks continuously. Suspend use of this product after no more than 6 weeks. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day.
