Processed immediately after harvesting, the oil is extracted using a chemical-free proprietary method similar to that used for extracting extra virgin “cold pressed” olive oil, ensuring the naturally-occurring omega oils, astaxanthin, and vitamin D are not destroyed, as is the case with many other fish oils. Sophisticated quality control procedures are utilized at every step of the manufacturing process, and our salmon oil is regularly tested for chemical residues, heavy metals, and other contaminants. Enteripure softgels offer targeted delivery to the small intestine using a technology that embeds the natural plant-sourced enteric ingredients into the softgel casing itself to prevent the softgels from breaking down in the stomach, improving absorption and ensuring no fishy aftertaste.
