Colostrum-L is coated with bio-identical liposomal lipids extracted from milk and sunflower oils to protect the digestion process for enhanced optimal absorption. Suggested use: Adults take 1 tsp twice daily. Pour warm water over colostrum. Mix until smooth. Advanced use: Take 2 tsp twice a daily, 30-40 minutes before exercise and before bedtime. Children (6-12 years): 1 tsp daily mixed into food like applesauce or yogurt, or non-acidic juice.
